Along the street each townhouse is marked by a hood of dark metal cladding, projecting forward to frame tall black-framed windows and a glass-balustraded balcony. Between the hoods, bands of horizontal louvres screen the openings. Red-brown brick carries the ground floor and continues into low front fences with black battened gates, giving each dwelling its own entry and front garden. Low rendered walls edge the planted beds, with stone paving running between them.
